Please remember in your prayers Elias “Ely” Bermudo Miado, who passed away suddenly on March 27, 2025.

Elias was a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church as well as the PAASM (Philippine-American Association of Southwest Michigan).  

He worked as an accountant for Best Way Disposal, retiring in 2020. Elias volunteered at the community vegetable garden as well as volunteering his accounting expertise for St. Ambrose Catholic Church. Elias was known as Uncle Ely to the Filipino community as he was always willing to assist with anyone in need. He was a generous man who was a good husband, father, grandfather and friend to all who knew him. 

Family and friends will be received on 

 Sunday, April 6, 2025 from 2:00 pm until 6:00 pm at Adams -Redmond Funeral Home 2300 East G. Ave.         Parchment, Mi.

Mass of Christian Burial (Livestreamed) will be celebrated on 

   Monday April 7^th at 11:00 am at St. Ambrose Catholic Church 1628 east G. Ave.   

   An hour of visitation will take place prior to the mass in the church’s vestibule.

May his family and friends be comforted in the knowledge of the Lord’s love and mercy.
